Parking Offences

Warwickshire Police would like to remind the public that they could face prosecution if caught committing the below offences:

• Parking on the pavement, which is still part of the highway/road. (Fixed Penalty Notice £30)
• Obstructing the public highway/road. (Fixed Penalty Notice £30) 
• Contravening road traffic signs and parking on double yellow lines. (Fixed Penalty Notice £30)
• Parking on school ‘Keep Clear' zigzag lines. (Fixed Penalty Notice £60 & 3 points on driving licence)
