Please stay vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour

Dear All,
Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at rural premises in the south of Warwickshire over recent days.
  • Between 2.30 and 6.30pm on 21 April offenders entered a farm premises in Pettiford Lane, Preston Bagot through a window by the rear door. Once inside, the offenders stole cash and a laptop computer.
  • During the night of 31 March into 1 April offenders entered a field at a rural premises in Pitchill, Evesham, forced the locking diesel cap from a JCB and syphones approximately 100 litres of diesel from the vehicle.
  • Sometime before 9.30pm on 24 April an offender entered a farm premises in Manor Lane, Claverdon and poured water onto electrical items and hacked at an electric blanket with a knife.
  • Between 5pm on 21 April and 3pm on 24 April offendes drove across open ground at Warwickshire College in Moreton Morrell to reach a unit. The offenders then forced their way in and stole several items.
  • During the night of 23 into 24 April offenders forced their way into a nurseries premises in Tomlow Road, Southam and then access the poly tunnels. Several items were stolen.
  • Between 5 and 26 April offenders stole several hundred pounds worth of diesel and some counterweights from tractors at a farm premises in Bidford on Avon.
  • During the night of 1 into 2 May offenders forced their way into a farm shop at a farm premises in Fosseway, Ashorne and stole a large amount of stock and several bank cards.
  • During the same night offenders entered a wooden summer house at a farm premises in Camp Lane, Henley in Arden and stole a selection of gardening equipment. The offenders also entered an Audi vehicle, parked on the drive and removed the spare wheel.
Please remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity on or around your premises and please report anything of concern to police.
