| Dear members & supporters, The organisation 'Clinks' (www.clinks.org - an organisation which supports the Voluntary and Community Sector working with offenders in England and Wales) has commissioned a survey about people's knowledge and expectations of the introduction of Police & Crime Commissioners (PCCs) in 2012.
