Fire Kills & Smoke Kills
Tragically in the space of one year alone,
213 people died as a result of a domestic fire with most occurring
between 2 and 4am in the morning. Furthermore, most of these deadly
occurrences could have been avoided if homeowners had taken some simple
precautions, had the right equipment to hand, had a monitored smoke
alarm installed and known what to do in the event of a fire.
