Recent Local Incidents


Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at rural premises in South Warwickshire over recent days.
Incident 86 of 8 April
During the night of 7 into 8 April, offenders used hacksaws to jemmy open door frames and rip panels off of ourbuildings at a farm premises in Hareway Lane, Barford. The offenders then entered the far house. Several items were stolen.
Incident 103 of 9 April
Between midnight and 8am on 9 April offenders cut the lock off a shed door at a farm premises in Budbrooke, Warwick and stole a Yamaha 250cc motorcycle.
Incident 135 of 11 April
At some point over the last few days offenders stole a set of three 16ft wide Cambridge Rollers from a rural premises in Bridge Street, Fenny Compton. The centre rollers had been taken off the framework and the framework was cut to get the rollers off the frame. The rollers were later discovered at the corner of a nearby field.
Incident 57 of 9 April
During the night of 8 into 9 April offenders force open an office door at a farm premises in Plough Lane, Bishops Itchington, conducted an untidy search and stole a small quantity of cash.
Incident 94 of 6 April
During the night of 5 into 6 April offenders entered a chicken coop at a farm premises in Snitterfield and stole 10 chickens.

As well as these messages being sent out, the team here at Southam also rely on the vigilant members of our community to keep us informed of any information that is not reported to the Police.
We encourage all members of our Community to report incidents no matter how big or little they are.
